Data storage

Your data will be stored for the duration of the fulfillment of this contractual relationship and insofar as the data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation. After expiry of this period, your personal data will be deleted or comprehensively anonymized to the extent required by law.

Revocation

You have the option of withdrawing your consent at any time. To do so, send an e-mail to rs@stammdesign.at. After revocation, your data will be deleted within one month of receipt of the request and will not be processed any further. If you suspect that we are not properly complying with your right of withdrawal, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Rights of data subjects

You can send an informal request for information about your data, a request for correction of your data, deletion of your data, data portability, restriction of data processing or right to object to rs@stammdesign.at at any time.

Your request will be processed within one month and you will be informed of the measures taken.

We ask for your understanding that due to the complexity of individual applications or the large number of applications received, the one-month period may be exceeded when processing your application; your application will be fully processed within a further two months after the one-month period has expired and you will be informed of the measures taken once the processing process has been completed. In principle, applications are free of charge; only in the case of excessive or obviously unfounded applications does Stammdesign reserve the right not to process these applications or only to process them for a fee of € 120.00 per hour of work required. Should data be necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the request for deletion can only be processed after the mandatory reasons for storage no longer apply. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the option of registering for the Stammdesign newsletter via our website. If you have agreed to receive newsletters, the personal data required for this (name, e-mail address) will be processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter (Art. 6 lit a GDPR) in order to be able to inform you about our product offers, events, news, promotions and more. The data that you provide to us for the newsletter mailing will be stored until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted or comprehensively anonymized after a further 240 months to the extent provided for by law.
