With an impressive career as head chef spanning 18 years at one of the country's best establishments, the Ikarus restaurant at Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Tommy Eder has amassed extraordinary experience. During this time, he worked with 198 internationally renowned guest chefs and often looked beyond the regional horizon. Leaving Ikarus marks the beginning of a new chapter.
